Bob has over thirty-two years’ experience in the low voltage building systems industry where he has developed a wide range of design, engineering, project management, construction management and commissioning skills. Bob functions today as a Principal and Senior Vice President of CR2 Engineering and is known in the industry as a trusted team partner. Bob’s background in low voltage design and systems integration includes extensive experience with high-end security systems, local and wide area networks infrastructure through IP telephony, communications, fire alarm and mass notifications and audio-visual designs. He provides a broad baseline of the complete project process with a technical understanding of the systems being delivered from initial programming through detailed design, construction administration and systems commissioning. Bob has experience as both a contractor and a consulting engineer which provides a unique understanding of the design and construction process.

Saint Louis UniversityLead Designerfor new residential buildings (Spring Hall & Grand Hall) — systems included LAN network infrastructure, outside plant network infrastructure, fire alarm voice evacuation systems, access control, intrusion and video surveillance security systems and commissioning of security systems.

Bob is also part of the team developing the overall campus master plan which will include extensive upgrade of the campus network infrastructure to support the campus data network and a dedicated network for the various security systems managed by the department of public safety which includes; emergency telephones, access control, video surveillance, duress buttons and emergency communications systems.
